This set of FOX 2.0 Performance Series front coil-overs and rear shocks for the Toyota 4Runner is an awesome method to greatly improve suspension performance and gain up to 2.25 inches of additional front height.   

985-02-157 FOX Performance Series 2.0 Coil-Over IFP Shock is engineered as a direct bolt-on suspension upgrade for Toyota 4Runner applications. Designed to improve ride quality, leveling (provides 0 to 2.25 inches of front lift height), and off-road control, this coil-over shock combines precision construction with vehicle-specific tuning to deliver balanced performance on both pavement and rugged terrain.

These front and rear shocks feature a 2-inch diameter metal-impact-extruded aluminum body that improves heat dissipation and resists corrosion in harsh environments. Valving is vehicle-specific for superior ride quality, while nitrile rubber bushings maintain a quiet ride.

Internally, the monotube design incorporates an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) that separates shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen chamber. This design prevents oil aeration and maintains consistent damping performance under demanding conditions. They deliver predictable off-road handling while maintaining a comfortable on-road ride.
